Following our previous communications, Claims Portal has enhanced security through the introduction of multi factor authentication (MFA) using an Authenticator App.

The Authenticator App is now the preferred login option for all web users.

SMS authentication is now being phased out and will no longer be available from 8th July 2026.

Email authentication will continue for now, with further updates on its future removal planned for early 2027.
