If you cannot find the answer to your query in the sections highlighted above, please fill in the form below with as much information as possible, including;
- if you are an A2A User
- if you are a Web User
- are you a Claimant Representative, Compensator or Unrepresented Claimant?
If you have a query regarding an existing claim, please remember to provide the following information:
- Application ID (claim number)
- Web User ID (if applicable)
- A2A User name and 'As user' name (if applicable)
