Login Credentials Security – All Claims Portal Users
The role of the Administrator is to ensure that all Users in your organisation have continued Portal access, but more importantly to make sure that all Users have individual user profile access. The Administrator should not provide account access to any individual or organisation, either internally or externally, who is not permitted to use the Portal. This applies to both Web and A2A environments. Read more
Login Credentials Security – A2A Users
Sharing credentials is a breach of the Claims Portal Authorised User Agreement. If your organisation is found to be sharing credentials, Claims Portal have the right to suspend access to the account. Read more

Attention A2A Users – Changes to Technical Specifications
Claims Portal have been working alongside our Technology Partners, CRIF, to tighten the Technical Specification documentation due to some users using the system in a way it was not intended. Claims Portal took the decision to reinforce the Technical specifications to protect both the Portal’s performance and it’s users. Read more

We have seen an increase in the number of enquires to the Claims Portal Helpdesk in recent months, and from the nature of the enquiries and the assistance required it is apparent that many of those seeking assistance are not familiar with the Portal. We do understand that in these difficult times the members of staff who normally administer and use the Portal may be unavailable, and the purpose of this email is to assist users in understanding the best ways to obtain assistance in using the Portal. Changes to the Stage 2 Settlement Pack Negotiation Functionality
In order to enhance the Stage 2 Settlement pack negotiation functionality in the Web User Interface, Claims Portal have introduced a number of changes to this area of the Portal. The enhancements should provide more clarity to Users on the amount of the offer they are sending and accepting. In order to deploy the changes in the production site it will be necessary to take the Portal offline on Sunday 19 July 2020 between 08:00 and 14:00. Please note these changes do not impact A2A and will be also applied on the training site. Read more

Statements of Truth
Changes to bring the statement of truth wording in all Portal documents into alignment with the wording set out in PD 22(2.1) which came into effect on 6 April 2020 will be implemented in the Portal on Monday 25 May 2020. As a result, the production service will be unavailable to all users until 12:00 noon. Read more

Important Update: Early May bank holiday
Within Claims Portal it is necessary to add the annual bank holidays manually. When the 2020 bank holidays were loaded the early May bank holiday was 04 May however, this was subsequently moved to the 08 May for the VE Day celebrations. Read more
