To amend information about a user, locate the user using the Search.  Press 'Select':

To change the details, press 'Edit':

The following information can be changed:

  • Branch
  • Profile
  • First name, second name and surname
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Expiry date
  • Enabled flag
  • Email address for MFA
  • Mobile number for MFA

Note that it is very important to keep the Email address up to date for Administrators, as this information is required when using the Reset password functionality.

The User ID itself is not editable.  If users change their name, which affects the User ID, we recommend that you disable the current profile and create a new one.  However, if the user has claims assigned to them, a user with Team Leader profile need to reassign these claims from the old User ID to the new one.
