Raising a complaint.


If you wish to complain about the service provided by Claims Portal Ltd, please email, including the word ‘Complaint’ in the subject.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and responded to in full within 10 working days. If Claims Portal Ltd needs to investigate the complaint further and cannot provide a full response in 10 working days, Claims Portal Ltd will contact you to confirm the progress made, what actions are pending and when a full reply can be expected.

Please note that if you wish to complain about a Claimant Representative’s or Compensator’s use of the Claims Portal or handling of a claim, please follow the procedure set out in the Behaviour Committee section of the website.
