My Settings allows Administrators to edit the following details.

  • Your name (First name, Second name and Surname)
  • Your email address – it is vital to keep this up to date, for you to use the Reset your Administrator Password function
  • Your telephone number
  • Reset of Password
  • MFA email and mobile details

 

Edit the following details via the User option:

  • Branch allocation
  • Profiles associated with the User ID
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Expiry date
  • Enabled flag

 

It is not possible to amend the User ID itself.
