Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims in the Portal
CPL has agreed to set up and maintain the “NIHL List” as required under Annex E to the Disease and Illness Claims PAP (set out below) to be introduced on 1st October 2023. We ask that any compensators who wish to be on the NIHL List contact us as soon as possible so that we can compile a list, which we will then publish on the Claims Portal website. We understand from the MoJ that it is anticipated that after 1st October 2023, most of the claims handled under the Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury (Employers’ Liability and Public Liability) Claims will be those against the legacy body organisations handling claims against the former state-owned companies such as British Steel and the Coal Authority. Claims Portal - Platform Upgrade and Funding Changes
We are currently working with our IT partner, CRIF, on an upgrade to the Claims Portal platform, which will involve moving the Portal to a Cloud-based hosting solution. For web users there will be improvements to the look, feel and functionality of the web interface. Read more

Following the deployment of the A2A Token on 24th January 2023, the parallel running of both endpoints will come to an end on Sunday 12th March 2023. The endpoints for pre A2A token changes will NOT be available after 8am UK time on Monday 13th March 2023. There will be no extension to this date. Read more

These features will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user. We are pleased to confirm that the A2A Token changes are now available in the Production/Live environment (effective from 8:00am on Tuesday 24th January 2023).
