The Claimant representative can create a Court Proceedings Pack when agreement was not reached after the Stage 2 Settlement Pack negotiation, or (for RTA claims only) after the Stage 2 Settlement Pack with Additional Damages negotiation.
AÂ claim will also go to the Court Proceedings when an agreement is reached on a claim involving a child (under 18 years at the time of agreement).
The claim will be in the Application status of Court Proceedings Pack Form Response, as shown below.

- Submit the defendant response and CRU details with comments, enter reason for any disbursement not fully paid, and press the Send button on the Claimant Losses and Defendant response tab on the Court Proceedings Pack response screen.Â
The Court Proceedings Pack printable document is updated. Please make sure you download, save and/or print the document.
It will be returned to the Claimant Representative for a final review. Once reviewed, the claim will end in the portal.
