Release 7 Fixes - Deployed 22/06/2021
Following the deployment of Release 7 on 31st May 2021, we are doing a further Release to apply some minor fixes and enhancements. The Release was deployed in integration on 17 June 2021 and in production today 22 June 2021. During deployment on 22 June 2021, between 08:00 and 10:00am UK time the Portal application will not be available. Read more

Official Injury Claim
On the 31st May 2021 a new service is being launched called Official Injury Claim. The service can be used for motor accidents occurring on or after this date for accidents in England and Wales. Official Injury Claim handles personal injury claims up to £5,000, up to a total for all losses of £10,000 Read more

In conjunction with the announcement of the increase in the small claims track limit and the launch of the Official Injury Claims service on 31 May 2021, the Ministry of Justice have announced some changes to the RTA Pre-Action Protocol. To reflect these changes in Claims Portal workflows, it will be necessary to make some amendments within the Claims Portal. Read more
