NIHL List

This is the NIHL List referred to in paragraphs E5 and E6 of Annex E to the Pre-Action Protocol for Disease and Illness Claims as amended on 1^st October 2023 (https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/protocol/prot_dis) and paragraph 4.3(6A) of the Pre-Action Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury (Employers’ Liability and Public Liability) Claims.

Organisations have been entered on the List at the request of and in accordance with information provided by the organisation. Claims Portal holds no information other than that provided on the List, and any queries should be directed to the relevant organisation.
