Injury and Medical Details (RTA Only)

For RTA Claims, the CNF Form contains a section on Injury and Medical Details to be completed.

When providing information on the type of injury suffered, it is important to select the correct injury type. This will impact the tariff information requirements at Stage 2. 

Important Note: Please ensure that if the claimant’s injury is excluded from the Civil Liability Act 2018 definition of whiplash injury, e.g. because they were injured while using a motorcycle, a bicycle, or as a pedestrian or a horse rider, you must not select the Whiplash injury box which is for tariff injuries only.
