The next step is for you to register for a Claims Portal account using our online registration form.
Please note: Before can we proceed with your request to register, we will require two forms of ID as
part of our verification process. We accept a passport or driving licence as your photo ID and a bank
statement or a utility bill to verify your address.
The registration team will prompt you on when your ID has to be submitted, once they've received your
online registration form. Please do not send it to the helpdesk directly.
