This is a reminder to users that because of the short notice given of the bank holiday on Monday 19th September, the extra bank holiday has not been taken into account in Portal timescales, so there will be instances where there is a one-day difference in time-outs, and for users who rely on Portal notifications, the notification is inaccurate by one day.  

Please bear this in mind when dealing with claims that may currently be in a phase affected by a time-out.
