Claims Portal will be introducing a token to A2A messaging. The token will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user, along with current credentials.

Draft Technical Specifications have been released and are available on our website for A2A users to plan and assess the changes required and we will be inviting A2A users to a dedicated virtual workshop on Tuesday 18th October where we will provide the following:

  • An overview of the A2A token messaging
  • Technical details on the system changes required
  • Use of the integration site for testing
  • Details of the support available to implement the changes ahead of the agreed go live date
  • Q&A session

We recommend that you share this information with your IT department and/or software supplier who should attend this workshop ahead of testing their system changes for the A2A token.
