Claims Portal will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) logging in credentials; this will introduce an additional layer of security for the verification of the identity of the user.

We recently contacted Administrators to log in to our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification website to confirm the credentials of all users within their organisation. The deadline for completion has now been extended to 11th March 2022.

Administrators were contacted directly on 21st February 2022 and 2nd March 2022. Please ensure that if you have received these emails, you take action by the close of business on 11th March 2022. This must be completed before the Multi-Factor Authentication is active to ensure continued use of the Claims Portal Limited service. 

Please note that any Claims Portal users who have been set up on the Portal after 18th February 2022 will not be included in this exercise, and will need to be set up for MFA after it goes live.
