Deadline for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Verification Site 09 March 2022

We recently contacted Administrators to log in to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) verification website to confirm the credentials of all users within the organisation. The deadline for completion is 09 March 2022.

Confirming log in credentials for all users

Administrators are required to confirm the log in credentials of all Claims Portal Limited users within their organisation by the close of business on 09 March 2022. This must be completed before the Multi-Factor Authentication is active to ensure continued use of the Claims Portal Limited service. 

Claims Portal Limited have set-up a MFA verification website for Administrators to check and confirm the users and their corresponding email addresses for every user within their organisation is correct.

Administrators were contacted directly on 21^st February 2022 and 2^nd March 2022. Please ensure that if you have received an email, you take action by the close of business on 09 March 2022.

A2A users

We want to draw it to your attention that A2A users within your organisation who will still require access to the Admin Console must be confirmed as a user within the MFA verification site.

A2A users within your organisation, who have a user profile set-up in any of the following functions, will still require access to the Claims Portal as a web-based user. This is because these functions are carried out through web-based access.

In addition, any users who have an active web login so that they can access the Portal in the event of an A2A outage will also need to be set up for MFA.

Please ensure that all users within your organisation who will require access to the Claims Portal, including A2A users who require access to complete any of the web-based functions outlined in this communication, are confirmed by an Administrator on the MFA verification site by the close of business on 09 March 2022.

Please note that any Claims Portal users who have been set up on the Portal after 18th February 2022 will not be included in this exercise, and will need to be set up for MFA after it goes live.
