As part of the transition away from the SOAP API from 30 June 2026, we would like to thank all organisations that have successfully migrated to REST.

Your collaboration has been key to delivering this important upgrade and enhancing the overall security, performance and scalability of the Claims Portal.

For organisations still to migrate

If you were unable to complete your migration ahead of the deadline, you can continue to access, and process claims via the Claims Portal web interface. This ensures there is no disruption to your day-to-day activity.

You are still able to migrate to REST at a later date. Once your development and onboarding activities are complete, A2A connectivity can be re-established via REST.
