Thank you to everyone who attended the Workshop on 22nd September 2026.  We were pleased with the level of engagement throughout the session and would like to thank all attendees who took the time to share feedback, ideas and suggestions. The discussions provided valuable insight into how we can continue to improve both the Claims Portal interface and the REST API.

Since the workshop, we have been reviewing all feedback received and are currently assessing and prioritising opportunities for future enhancements. This includes suggestions relating to Portal functionality, user experience and API capabilities. We will continue to work through the feedback and will keep you informed as priorities and delivery plans are agreed.

Several topics generated particularly strong discussion during the workshop. We wanted to highlight that guidance is already available for some of these areas:

-           End Stage Guidance – We received feedback requesting clearer guidance on end stage processes and the actions users need to take. In response, we will be updating the website with additional information and guidance and will notify users once this has been published.

-            Archive Solutions – Guidance on the Portal's Archive Search functionality is available on the Claims Portal website. This enables authorised users to search for and retrieve archived claim documents and attachments where required. Archive Search Guidance.

-          Compensators using Free Text when rejecting a claim– We received requests for additional context to be provided when claims or packs are rejected by compensators. Information on compensator responses and how to include additional information is included within the Compensator User Guide found here Acknowledging, Accepting or Rejecting a Claim

As we continue our assessment, we encourage users to make use of the guidance already available through the Claims Portal website and user guides. These resources contain information on a range of commonly raised queries and Portal functionality.

Thank you again for your participation and continued support. User feedback remains a key part of our approach to developing and improving the service, and we look forward to sharing further updates with you in due course.

Kind Regards,
Claims Portal LtdÂ
