On 15th April there was a brief period when some Web and A2A users experienced intermittent difficulties accessing the Portal. This was between approximately 09:45 and 12:50. Many users will not have noticed any disruption, as most calls continued to work as normal.

 

We are aware of the underlying cause and this has been addressed. We do not expect a recurrence of this specific issue.
