Claims Portal will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) logging in credentials; this will introduce an additional layer of security for the verification of the identity of the user.

Between 23rd February 2022 and 9th March 2022, Administrators will be required to confirm the log in credentials of all Claims Portal Limited users within their organisation. This must be completed before the Multi-Factor Authentication is active to ensure continued use of the Claims Portal Limited service. 

We have created a User Guide which provides step-by step instructions on how to confirm the log in details. It is important that Administrators for all organisations read the user guide and understand the requirements to confirm the credentials of all Claims Portal Limited users within their organisation.
