Further to our recent correspondence, Claims Portal will shortly be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) logging in credentials; this will introduce an additional layer of security for the verification of the identity of the user. Along with your current credentials, you will need to enter a token (Time Based One Time Password) delivered to a user’s verified email or to a verified mobile phone.

We will shortly be sending Admin users of Claims portal an email from noreply@rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk. In order for you to receive this important email, with instructions and next steps, please can you arrange to whitelist / or add the email address to your Outlook address book and if you are unsure please speak to your IT Provider.

In this email we will be asking the Admin users to log on to a website to allow you to check and confirm that the email addresses are correct, for all users belonging to your Organisation. This step will be integral to the smooth introduction of Multi factor authentication which will be introduced by the end of March.
