From tomorrow due to security considerations we can no longer support SSLv2ClientHello handshaking message as it is an unsupported protocol. This means from tomorrow Users will no longer be able to use this handshaking protocol to access any Claims Portal sites, Web Browser Training and Production and A2A Integration/test and Production. New desktop audit process to be introduced from December 2017
Over the last two years we have carried out a number of on-site User Audits, to ensure that Users are compliant with the Claims Portal User Agreement. Many of the provisions in the User Agreement are there to enhance security, prevent or inhibit unauthorised access to confidential information and to prevent fraud. Read more

Is your Development team ready to make the Portal IT changes by 29 November?
Claims Portal Ltd, working with its technology partners is implementing a series of security and business continuity developments in coming weeks which, will impact Users who have not made required changes to their browser and security settings. This means that Users who have not implemented the required browser and security protocols ahead of 29 November 2017 will not be able to access the Portal, after this date. Read more

This is a reminder to all Portal Users to check that your organisation is using the most up to date browser which is Internet Explorer (IE10) or above. IE9 and versions below are no longer supported by Microsoft. Read more
