As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we will be introducing a token to A2A messaging. The token will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user, along with current credentials.

To reflect these changes in Claims Portal workflows, User development and testing will be necessary for A2A users only.

When will the final Technical Specifications be released?

The final Technical Specifications will be released after internal UAT is completed, if UAT is completed to schedule, we will release the final documentation week commencing 14th November.

Can I still test during the 'change freeze'?

Yes, you can still test during this period and support will be available.

Will the new A2A Token run parallel to the existing A2A process?

Parallel testing will be available in A2A Integration and will be available until the Token is introduced in Production on week commencing 23rd January, subject to a successful testing period.
