Claims Portal takes the health and safety of its staff, customers, stakeholders and suppliers seriously at all times. During this unprecedented period, we are fortunate that the Claims Portal team is already equipped to work remotely.

We do anticipate some disruption to service levels due to increased sickness and full time home working, particularly now the schools have closed. That being said, Claims Portal Support will continue to prioritise work and aim to respond to all enquiries to the Helpdesk in a timely manner.

The Claims Portal application is fully operational and we are not expecting any disruption to the availability and performance of the system.

Please note that we do not intend to respond to individual enquires in relation to COVID-19.
