A2A Users only - Introduction of A2A Token Timing Plan

As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we will be introducing a token to A2A messaging, similar to that commonly used in other systems. The token will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user, along with current credentials.

To reflect these changes in Claims Portal workflows, User development and testing will be necessary for A2A users only.
