As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we will be introducing a token to A2A messaging, similar to that commonly used in other systems. 

The token will apply an additional layer of security to verify the identity of the user, along with current credentials.

To reflect these changes in Claims Portal workflows, User development and testing will be necessary for A2A users only.

Further updates will be shared as progress continues and as soon as we have further information.

We will provide a timetable setting out the key milestones. Including dates for technical specifications and testing ready for a Q1 2023 Deployment.

We recommend that you pass this information on to your IT department and/or software supplier.
