Claims Portal Ltd has today released its monthly update to the Executive Dashboard. The Management Information (MI) deals with the Portal as a user community service and provides high level information on the claims process.

It is important to note the Portal is not designed as a detailed case management system.

Please be advised, since April 2025, the documents have been incorrectly labelled as 12 months, rather than the correct 13 months, which has now been rectified.
