Claims Portal Ltd has today released its monthly update to the Executive Dashboard. The Management Information (MI) deals with the Portal as a user community service and provides high level information on the claims process.  Unfortunately, due to a technical issue with the data import in July, the CNF totals had to be refreshed in this month’s report.

It is important to note the Portal is not designed as a detailed case management system.
