Claims Portal will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) logging in credentials on 21st March 2022 - this will introduce an additional layer of security for the verification of the identity of the user.

We have created a User Guide which provides step-by step instructions on how to log in to the Claims Portal from 21st March 2022. It is important that Administrators for all organisations read the user guide and understand the process going forward.
