As part of our continuing program to improve security for Claims Portal, we will be introducing a token to A2A messaging and a password change function.

We have released final versions of the RTA and ELPL Technical Specifications which can be accessed via the Claims Portal website: A2A Technical Specifications. Please note that these documents have been updated since the release of the drafts and you should refer to the latest versions. The documentation is still subject to change as UAT testing continues.

These documents provide details of the changes that software developers and suppliers will need to make for A2A Token.

To reflect these changes in Claims Portal workflows, User development and testing will be necessary for A2A users only. The updates that are applied for the A2A token access can be tested in integration by all A2A users between the weeks of 7th November 2022 and the deployment in production w/c 23rd January 2023.

We recommend that you share this information with your IT department and/or software supplier.

If you have any questions please complete the contact us form headed A2A Integration/Testing  Contact Us - A2A users / Software Houses from our website: https://www.claimsportal.org.uk/contact-us/ and send as an attachment to an email to Helpdesk@rapidclaimsettlement.org.uk.
