Working closely with our Technology Partners, Claims Portal are continuously making enhancements to the Portal Application. This includes improvements to the Administrator console.

On Monday 25 May we are deploying a number of enhancements to the back office of the Administrator console. Although these amendments will not affect our Users’ day to day activity on the Portal, the Production service on this day will not be available to Users until 12:00 noon.

Please also note that as part of these improvements, if you disable any branch on your account after 25 May 2020, all Users assigned to that branch will no longer have access the Portal and will receive an ‘Access Denied’ error message if they attempt to log in. Please ensure all branches with Users assigned to them, who are still handling claims for you firm, are enabled.
