Important! Scheduled maintenance Friday 12 July 2019

On Friday 12 July 2019 our IT supplier, CRIF, will be undertaking maintenance to the Portal.

This means the Claims Portal will be unavailable between the hours of 02:00am and 04:00am.

A planned disruption warning will also be displayed on the Claims Portal home page.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
