    • If you are an Administrator, you can submit a registration request using our online form

    • Use our Walkthroughs to see what the Portal screens look like and what information you'll need to process claims
    • Practice on the training site and see both Claimant and Compensator sides

  4. Access the Claims Portal

    If you are a Claims Handler you can log in and start using the Claims Portal. If you are an Administrator and you have log-in details, you can create claims handler users.  If you want to make changes to your organisation's account you can use our online Mange Your Account form.
