Notification of SSL certificate replacement on 14 January 2019


Please be advised that on Monday 14 January at 9am, the Claims Portal SSL certificate will be renewed on the A2A test site and the web browser training site.

If you are a web User, the new certificate should be downloaded automatically by your browser, when you browse the Claims Portal login page.

If you are an A2A User, please verify that your A2A system is able to replace automatically the new certificate.

If you intend to use the A2A test site you will need to ensure you upload the new certificate after 9am on Monday 14th January but not before, to continue to access the site.

Should you need to manually replace the certificate, please contact the Help Desk for the new certificate.

For your information:

  • The new certificate is available from the Help Desk now. The impacted services will be web Users and A2A Users on A2A test and the training environment. The certificate for the Production site, web browser and A2A will not change at this time.
  • This will be a hot deploy, (service will not be taken down and the deployment will probably take less than a minute). We will notify you if we have any issues or delays.
