Accessing the Portal for homeworkers
We anticipate that while the COVID 19 crisis continues, some organisations will be permitting employees to access the Portal from home.
A2A users will have their own protocols governing how employees can access their systems from home.
The Claims Portal can be accessed from the internet through any computer, using a supported browser.
All Users are reminded that:
(1) It is your responsibility to ensure that all employees accessing the Portal act at all times in accordance with the User Agreement.
(2) You remain responsible under Data Protection Regulations for data controlled by your organisation submitted via the Portal.
(3) You may wish to ensure that your employees access the Portal only via a secure WiFi connection
