Important! Scheduled maintenance - Friday 12 July 2019

On Friday 12 July 2019 our IT supplier, CRIF, will be undertaking maintenance to the Portal. This means the Claims Portal will be unavailable between the hours of 02:00am and 04:00am. A planned disruption warning will also be displayed on the Claims Portal home page.  Read more

Important message to all A2A Users

A number of A2A users are submitting the same call either 24/7 or throughout the business day to determine the availability of the Claims Portal. Although this is acceptable for the production site, this practice should not be used for the A2A integration site, as it can impact on the site’s performance. Please ensure that you are only submitting calls to the site when you are actively conducting testing. Please refrain from submitting unnecessary calls to the A2A integration site. Organisations that are identified as submitting calls to the A2A integration site whilst not conducting testing may be contacted by Claims Portal. Thank you.
