Notification of SSL certificate replacement on 26 March 2018

Please be advised that on Monday 26 March at 8am, the Claims Portal SSL certificate will be replaced with the new one on the production environment.

If you are a web User the new certificate will be downloaded automatically by your browser, when you browse the Claims Portal login page.

If you are an A2A User, please verify that your A2A system is able to replace automatically the new certificate.

In case you need to replace the certificate manually, please contact the Help Desk.

For your information:

  • The new certificate will only be available from the Help Desk one or two days before the expiration date as delivery is dependent on the certificate authority release date
  • The impacted services will be web Users and A2A Users on production environment
  • This will be a hot deploy, (service will not be taken down and the deployment will probably take less than a minute, or up to three minutes if an issue is experienced). We will notify you if we have any issue and confirm once deployment is completed.
