We are aware that some members of the public are concerned about direct debit payments associated with C Portal, CR Portal, M Portal (and other similar variations) appearing in their bank statements.   This is not Claims Portal Ltd.   

We are not affiliated or linked to the organisation Credit Portal (www.creditportal.co.uk) in any way. Please be assured that Claims Portal Ltd do not hold individual’s bank details or request direct debit payments from personal accounts.   Please contact Credit Portal to resolve any concerns you may have.

  • Application ID (claim number)
  • Web User ID (if applicable)
  • A2A User name and 'As user' name (if applicable)
